Diaverum is expanding and will be strengthening their Central IT Operations Team with two IT Technicians. If you have recently graduated within the field of IT or have 2-3 years of work experience as an IT-Technician, then Diaverum can offer you a stimulating environment where you have freedom with accountability and the possibility to grow and develop your knowledge within different technical areas.

Diaverum also offers you a position in an enthusiastic team, where you are responsible for managing anything from the Network, servers and system to the 2nd line end-user support. You will even be assisting 3rd line support in various configuration, infrastructure and application cases.

Diaverum owns and operates clinics and offices globally in 19 countries, which means that you will be working in an international environment with contacts in various countries all over the world.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage cases in the ticketing system ServiceDesk Plus
- Solve issues as 2nd line support
- Dispatch support cases to other IT management teams
- Support users in the Lund office on a 1st line level
- Perform installation of Desktop and Laptops with standard image
- Documentation and communication
- Assist 3rd line support in various IT- projects and cases
- Take part in various IT-projects and cases: e.g. Networking - Servers - Citrix - backup

The position is based in Lund and includes remote management and some traveling, approximately a total of 2 weeks/year. You will report to Manager IT Operations.

Qualifications and personal profile:

- 2-3 years experience from a similar position, or an exam from a KY / YH ? education centre.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products such as Windows7, Active Directory, Exchange, Office.
- Knowledge of installation and configuration of Microsoft Windows Server and Server Administration
- Basic knowledge of VPN client, end-user troubleshooting , Basic PC hardware knowledge and ITIL knowledge, such as the ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change
- SCCM knowledge is an advantage
- Good verbal communication skills in general
- Fluent in written and spoken English
