Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior IT Technician to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Manage and resolve IT-related issues, ranging from simple to complex, following established ITIL processes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of daily work processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in various projects and assignments aimed at both personal and professional development.
Collaborate with the support team to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
Work closely with nuclear power operations within the customer organization to ensure smooth IT operations.
What you bring:
High school diploma, preferably with a focus on IT or technology.
A university degree in IT or a related field.
Basic understanding of IT and its components, including PCs, printers, mobile devices, software, networks, servers, and databases.
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, SCCM, and Exchange.
Proficiency with Windows-based products.
Familiarity with the business system SAP.
Experience in data administration, including ticket management, asset tracking, and license management.
Hands-on experience with the case management system BMC Remedy.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
