IT Technician

The position

Your position at Cambio Internal IT has the important role to enable Cambio end-users achieve their business commitments problem-free. We are a bunch of dedicated technicians that support the full-end user experience. Anything from getting new users’ setup, to implementing highly available security solutions. Right now, we are looking for a well seasoned Junior IT Technician who has administered corporate networks and security solutions. The right candidate will demonstrate solid team working ethics and can deliver outstanding general day by day IT support to our end users.

Requirements 

- Requirements 2+ years of experience working in a Helpdesk, Service desk or a similar role
- Excellent technical writing and oral skills in English and in Swedish
- Technical assistance in recording, editing and how we present our global meetings (OBS or similar)
- Solid O365 administration
- Teams meeting support
- Microsoft Server and Clients support
- Understand imagining and deployment concepts
- Work experience from VMware ISX or V-sphere
- General Peripheral and hardware knowledge
- Working with mobile operators
- Passage keycard systems
- Conferencing solutions technologies and support them


It's a bonus if you

- MCP or CCNA qualifications
- Good understanding in Monitoring and Alerts Technologies (Orion, GRAFANA) Working experience with Network and Firewall administration
- ITIL experience


Place of employment: Stockholm

Scope: Full time 

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period

Other: The IT-technician will have access to sensitive data which entitles background checks on the final candidate.
