IT Technician

As the IT Technician at Toca Boca you will ensure that everyone has everything they need, in terms of technology, to be able do their job. Be it working from home or the office (when we’re allowed back again).

What you’ll be doing
You’ll work closely together with our IT Manager, Tobias, to ensure all Toca Bonians, employees and consultants alike, have a smooth digital workplace experience by supporting, improving and participating in work efficiency initiatives. Together you’ll build the IT service function from the ground up, and together you’ll find the way forward.

You’ll handle the day to day IT Services such as software, hardware and licence management, and give support to your colleagues when they need it.

You’ll work to make sure we have a personal, fun and professional onboarding process for all new employees, as well as a solid off boarding process and routines for those who decide to leave us.

Is this you?
You are an experienced IT technician who has worked in a similar position before. You have experience working with Google Workspace or Office365 at admin level and you have a solid understanding of Mac OS/linux, Windows, iOS and Android.

You are service minded and ensure that you offer a great employee experience from start to finish. You believe in the power of play.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office, and for this particular position we won’t be relocating anyone. We apply 6 months of probationary employment. As we’re an international company, with over 10 nationalities and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
