IT Technician

We are currently hiring an IT Technician to join our internal IT team in delivering a high level of IT support services for our employees.
While working closely with HR to maintain a healthy employee life cycle, IT at M highly values enabling our colleagues to do their best work by providing them with the right tools and support. Your responsibilities at M will include:
As an IT Technician at M, you will be working with a number of different IT systems (Google Suite, Office 365, Slack, Freshservice, Jamf, UniFi and more), troubleshooting and supporting our employees with hardware/software issues and handling overall IT office maintenance together with two other team members.
On a typical week you will do everything from answering questions, solving IT tickets, office errands, meeting room/AV support to ordering and preparing new hire equipment.
Together with the team, you will also help improve the IT environment by continuously working on IT related projects and making sure our employees have all they need to work efficiently both from the office and home.
Occasionally we will also need you to be able to travel to our other offices to support them onsite.
We’d like you to..
Have experience using Mac OS, iOS, Windows and Android devices
​​Have a basic understanding of Internal networks (routing, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
Be a service minded person who likes to troubleshoot and solve tech related issues
Be curious about learning new things
Be fluent in both spoken and written English

Extra awesome if you have...
Experience with administrating Google Suite and/or Slack
Experience with Jamf or other MDM solutions
Experience with a ticketing system like or similar to Freshservice, Jira Service Desk etc
Worked in a support role before
A personal interest in tech
Graduated from an IT related education which is ideally 1-3 years long
