IT Technician (On-site)

This machinery requires a lot specialised components in order to function, and right now we are looking for an IT-manager.
Someone that can help us install, run and troubleshoot Curb software solutions in our kitchens which could be software related, network related or hardware related. As we are a delivery kitchen company, all orders arrive in the kitchens via orders placed online.
You love playing with different types of hardware and you are familiar with various operating systems like Android, iOS and Windows. You are also interested in verifying and troubleshooting software applications, last but not least you have a good understanding of networks (routers, firewalls, switches, 4G, fiber etc), but also hardware and software. If all of the above describes you accurately then you might well be our next IT-manager!
⭐️ Your role & responsibilities.
Help define the hardware and network requirements for Curb kitchen software
Support and maintain networks in new kitchens
Troubleshoot network issues
Install and configure the Curb kitchen software on different devices (tablets, PCs etc) and perform initial verification before kitchen launch
Collaborate with software developers to troubleshoot potential issues with Curb kitchen software which could be hardware related, network related or software related
Help Kitchen Crew solve equipment issues

🤩 What about you?
Have extensive experience building, maintaining and troubleshooting networks in a variety of environments
Interested in different types of hardware, iPads, Android tablets, windows touch screens, PCs etc.
Have experience with device management, device provisioning and remote desktop support solution will be a big plus.
Have a proactive mindset, foreseeing issues before they appear
Be service minded and able to interact well with an array of stakeholders
Be familiar with establishing hardware logistics
Enjoy the opportunity to travel to different European cities
