Dina arbetsuppgifter
The ServiceDesk Nordics team is responsible for the delivery of various IT services, ServiceDesk,
Hardware Supply, Telephony, IT Service management and Knowledge Management.
Focus for this position is the Hardware (HW) Supply. The HW Supply Service team is responsible for
delivering computers, screens, printers and peripherals. The positions primary work is to respond to
IT HW needs and to be the main contact between the business and IT. To a large extent, this means
working with planning, logistics and coordination of HW related supply tasks. The work also includes
administration and providing information connected to the related HW needs.
As a member of the IT Service Delivery Team, you will be a player in the team, contribute to the dayto-
day work and together with the team have responsibility for ensuring user satisfaction and the
best IT service delivery possible.

The assignment includes continuous improvement work, to further develop Hardware Supply as a
function with best working practices and implementing smart processes.

Strong skills within
- a Team worker with “can-do” collaborative approach
- communication in both English and Swedish

Merited experience
- experience from working at a Service Desk
- experience from working with Microsoft tools
- experience from working with Client Support
- ambitious, drive to develop yourself and those around you
- ITIL knowledge
