IT Technician with focus on Microsoft Exchange

Papyrus Network is the central IT-competence center for Papyrus with responsibility for development and operations of common systems and services for Papyrus.All IT-infrastructure services in Papyrus are managed through the central function IT Operation and Support (ITOS) located in Mölndal.ITOS takes responsibility for 1st and 2nd line technical support including operation of the central server park and consolidation of local server environments.We currently host some 100 servers including HP Blade and EVA storage environment.ITOS also provides remote support with help of SCCM and other tools to local branch offices around Europe.Papyrus Network is looking for IT qualified Technician We have an immediate need to reinforce our central ITOS team in Mölndal.To be successful in this position, as well as in our team, you need to be customer oriented and have a willingness to solve any problem that might occur.You will have the opportunity to take part in different international projects throughout Europe from time to time.The team has a broad competence base that unites us, combined with in depth personal skills.We believe that you have the same competence base and also one or two of the specialties from the listing below.You are also fluent in both spoken and written English.Your personal qualities make you easy to work with and you have strong social skills.You are structured in the way you work, you like to have a process supporting your actions and you can deliver.Required knowledge and experience Exchange 2007/2010 SharePoint 2007/2010 Active Directory Any of the following will be considered a merit Microsoft Unified Communications ITIL International project experience Register your application and CV at www.dfind.se latest 14tj of June.
