IT-technician with strong interest in IT-security
For one of our clients we are currently looking for an IT-technician with a strong interest in IT-security. Our client is an insurance company but with 10.000 employees located in 36 countries. This role is with location in the Gothenburg office, but it is a Nordic position that covers all premises and employees present in Denmark, Norway and Sweden and the IT platform. You will be sent to the Head Office for training on the group’s security framework.

The position is a long term consultant assignment, with good possibilities for a permanent positon at our client in the future.

The main function of the Security resource is to:

• Ensure that all of the local legal and regulatory specific features are taken into account by each Business line

• Facilitate the extension and implementation of the Company Group Security Policy by providing the necessary operational support to the various structures located within his/her geographical perimeter, and while ensuring the consistency of the actions that they undertake

• Be in charge of the Business continuity and IT continuity

Description of tasks

• Implementation of Security policies and its governance (committees, reporting etc)

• Implementation of a Security dashboard to follow up on progress and help decision making

• Classification of the IT system assets

• Participation in the assessment of the Business line risks

• Define and maintain a map of all Security risks

• Handle the follow up of recommendations and management of non-conformities related to Security

• Test and control all Security measures

• Ensure all managers have updated versions of their documents

• Maintain a library of the documentation

• In charge of global Surveillance Key Points and reporting

• Deployment of IT control points



Required Skills

• A minimum of a bachelor or equivalent through qualified experience

• Experience on IT infrastructure and/or application development

• A strong interest in IT Security

• Bilingual English

• Strong analytical mind

• Communicative

• Ability to work both in a Team and transversal

• Rigorous and accurate
