We are looking for an IT support professional to administrate and communicate with end users providing first and second line support, in an internationell company in Norrköping. Responsibilities Supporting end users workstations (stationers and laptops) hardware like hard disk replacing. Supporting end users software, mainly Microsoft windows XP and Office 2003. Management of IT equipment (PC and telephony) Participate in IT projects and development of new procedures Communication, interaction with a larger Nordics group and with the companies IT organisation in all. Personal skills: Flexible, service minded and committed Minimum two years of experience. Communication in English writing and speech We offer you an exciting and independent work with many internal contacts. The operations are located throughout the country and travel can occur. You become part of our Scandinavian IT support team with employees in the Nordic countries. Work also involves frequent contact with other IT functions in Europe.
