IT Test Function co-workers

We are looking for new co-workers to our IT Test Function: IT Test Manager, IT Test Specialist and IT Tester.Key performance areas The main responsibility of the IT Test Manager is to, within given constraints, lead and support staff in test management in order to assure that software of the right quality is delivered to the Sandvik business areas.Other tasks: - Plan, design and coordinate systems testing activities - Lead and support staff in test assignments - Evaluate results, efficiency and coverage - Report test result to project managers The main responsibility of the IT Test Specialist is to, within given constraints, perform tests to assure that software of the right quality is delivered to the Sandvik business areas.IT Testing is also included and will contribute to customer quality according to Sandvik IT Services Test Management Process.Other tasks: - Prepare and design manual and automatic tests - Execute automatic testing - Evaluate and report test activities - Report results to the Test Manager - Actively take part in the further development of testing methods and tools The main responsibility of the IT Tester is to, within given constraints, perform tests to assure that software of the right quality is delivered to the Sandvik business areas.Other tasks: - Prepare, design, execute, evaluate and defect manage - Report testing activities - Report results to the Test Manager Your profile The successful candidate for the position of IT Test Manager is familiar with working according to a project management model and has knowledge of, tools and systems development methods and practical experience of test management.Management experience is an advantage.As a person you are organised and systematic applying structured and quality-aware working methods. The successful candidate for the position as IT Test Specialist will possess knowledge on systems development methods plus practical experience of test management.You have a high level of expertise in the technical field.As a person you are organised and systematic applying analytical and quality-aware working methods. The successful candidate for the position of IT Tester possesses knowledge on systems development methods.As a person you are organised and systematic applying analytical and quality-aware working methods. A university degree within computer science or similar field is a necessary qualification for all three positions, as well as high level abilities to communicate in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.Experience of working in similar operations plus familiarity with testing tools is advantageous.
