Assignment Description:
We are seeking an IT Tester/Manager to lead and oversee test activities for the Transaction Monitoring within our Financial Anti-Crime Platform
What you will work on:
Identify and define necessary tests, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
Monitor test coverage and assess overall quality during testing of targeted items.
Manage core test activities, including planning, resource allocation, and communication.
Gather and manage requirements, investigations, test data, and test environments in collaboration with IT Environment Specialist.
Ensure the highest test quality throughout the project.
What you bring:
Knowledge of the Anti-Money Laundering Banking domain (highly desirable).
Hands-on experience with SQL, Unix, Linux, DB2, Oracle (highly desirable).
Thorough understanding of SDLC, STLC, and common software failures (highly desirable).
Strong learning aptitude to comprehend the system or application-under-test (highly desirable).
Proficient in Agile methodology, managing testing within sprints, and handling multiple initiatives.
Ability to conduct incident investigations, provide resolutions, and manage iterative testing with high-quality output.
Hands-on experience with JIRA and qTest.
Analytical and communicative with a curious and inquisitive mindset.
Capable of contributing to manual testing when required.
Experience in team management, facilitating defect meetings, and close coordination with stakeholders (Testers, Business Drivers, Project Managers, Application Owners, Release Manager, Requirement Manager, FAC IT developers team, etc.).
Competence in understanding and managing test data and environments.
Familiarity with Test Automation.
Understanding of Non-Functional Tests.
