IT transformation lead

Do you want to lead IT infrastructure transformation?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Managing major transformation initiatives concerning technology, processes and people.
- Propose scope and rationale for candidate transformations.
- Investigation and analysis of opportunities and related risks and challenges.
- Project and programs governance, including managing and taking part in steering committees.
- Act as single-point-of-contact towards other initiatives and stakeholders.




What is needed in this role:
- Seniority in IT management and transformation, preferably within IT infrastructure and cloud.
- Proven track-record of significant IT transformation activities.
- Excellent leadership and ability to communicate on all levels.
- Strong drive to motivate teams and make changes come true.
- Technical understanding on conceptual level.
- Ability to work independently.
- Fluent English
