The essence of the role
We're looking for an experienced IT Vendor Manager to join our team, where open communication and a supportive culture propel success. You will be instrumental in building robust vendor relationships, ensuring contract compliance, optimizing costs, and delivering significant value through strategic vendor management.

As our IT Vendor Manager, you will:
Develop and implement vendor management strategies to optimize costs, enhance performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Lead IT vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements for IT services and solutions.
Monitor and review vendor performance, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and conducting regular performance reviews for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, terms, and conditions, alongside legal and procurement teams.
Track and report critical metrics, Key Performance Indicators, related to vendor performance and cost management.
Develop and maintain a repository of vendor documentation, contracts, and agreements.
Stay informed about industry standard processes and emerging trends.
Who are you?

To contribute to this role, we see that you have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT vendor management or related roles, showcasing strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Familiarity with legal and compliance aspects of vendor contracts.
Excellent communication and social skills, demonstrated in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Knowledgeable about IT industry trends, technologies, and standard methodologies.
