IT Warehouse Management Business Analyst

An IT Business Analyst serves as the channel between the customer community and the solution development teams, supporting the delivery of the necessary technology services to the business by analyzing and refining requirements.

What You Will Do
Participate in Warehouse Management pre-studies and breakdown of business requirements to develop comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources according to standard templates
Participate in Warehouse Management projects as a project member supporting the IT project manager during all steps of the project phases (TG1 to TG5) assuring transfer of support from project core team to respective WMS support team
Provide 1st and 2nd level support for the SAP LES and SAP EWM modules as well as interfaces with main ERP
Drive Essity light project as IT Project manager
Facilitate workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis, understanding customer and user requirements, their strategies and their goals
Support development of business cases and support the portfolio prioritization process
Continuously review and edit requirements, specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solution
Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the solution specification
Support implementation of to-be processes, incl. training delivery
Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization.



Who You Are
Technical background, knowledge and experience in SAP EWM and/or SAP LES
Technical background, knowledge and experience in Astro WMS is a plus
Very strong experience in Warehouse Management systems
Strong experience in Warehousing and Logistics (Automated WCS and WMS environment)
Excellent communication skills
Experience from translating business requirement into IT solutions
Experience from adopting a holistic view
Experience from managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Good English skills (written and verbal)
