J2 Sourcing is an independent distributor of electronics components. We specialize in solving production component shortages for our wide customer base, by using our worldwide network of suppliers. We are a growth company operating in a fast-moving industry on a global market where the sun never sets, which requires a high pace and high degree of flexibility from us.

This is Your job

This is a varied full-time position support role, where you will be in the middle of all the action - supporting our Sales department as well as collaborating with all other departments in our company.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Processing new sales leads.
- Registration and administration of requests and orders.
- Monitoring and updating our customers regarding orders and deliveries.
- Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.
- Order Processing as well as other administrative tasks.
