Italian speaking salesperson

We are now looking for an employee to strengthen our sales team. You will focus and take care of the Italian market.
We are an e-commerce company that sells exclusive wine coolers, outdoor kitchens and range cookers in 12 markets, of which Italy is one.

Tasks:

You will be part of our awesome sales team, consisting of ten employees, where you will be the one focusing on the Italian market. Your main goals are satisfied customers and have good sales and results. Depending on your language skills, you will help out on other markets.

You have contact with the customers through phone calls and emails, where your main focus is to help the customer make a purchase. This role also includes providing support to customers who need our help to solve any problems with their product and come up with one or more proposed solutions. We want satisfied customers. Other tasks may include calling prospects and potential partners, but your main job is to sell to those who have found our e-commers sites.

Since the main work tools are phone and email, you should be comfortable using a computer and talking on phone.

Qualifications
We are looking for you that

- speak and write Italian fluently (meritorious with more languages)
- are triggered by sales and results
- are used by talking on phone with customers and have a calm and clear voice
- are used to use a computer
- can work independently and like to take and have responsibility
- like to cooperate and have good communication skills
- are structured and organized


Previous work in similiar roles is meritorious, but not required. It is also meritorious if you can speak and write more languages than Italian. For this position it is required that you are fluent in Italian.
