ITCS Transformation Analyst

Northab is looking for ITCS Transformation Analyst for one of its customer

Description:

Lead and implement projects towards objectives in accordance with established project specification regarding scope, time, cost and quality.

Establish project specification based on project order

Responsibility for projects being run in accordance with Project and Program Handbook as well as other guidelines, routines and strategies.

Ensure that the project complies with safety management system and environmental and work environment requirements.

Represent in financial matters and be responsible for the project funds being used appropriately through financial management such as budget and forecasting.

Status report monthly to sponsor and steering group.

Collaborate with procurement leaders on contract and procurement issues.

Responsibility for resource planning and management such as call-outs of consultants, project adaptation of assignment specifications and requirements profiles, conduct project-specific introduction to project members, etc.

Responsibility for projects being handed over to recipients and deliveries made according to project order.

Responsibility for coordination and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Close the project, compile experiences and deliver a final report.
