About the position
Perido is looking for an IT Helpdesk assistant for our client, an independent and important agency of the European Union. The position is placed at their beautiful office located just outside of Stockholm city.
Your daily tasks
In this assignment you will take on a broad and exciting role that offers an ever-changing workday. You will work closely among the employees in the IT-section where your main duties will consist of:
Ordering of software, updating inventory data related to software, working closely with Finance
Monitoring of software license renewal/availability/consumption
Coordinate new software requests using IT tools
Act as the operational and procurement liaison with the external contractors
Establish a list of available software to be used for monitoring the license renewal
Support the Front Office in their day-to—day service desk activities
Other administrative tasks of similar nature
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role we hope that you have a high level of service orientation and sense of customer service. We think you have a high level of responsibility and an ability to take initiative. We see that you are a responsible person who can quickly take on new tasks and prefer to work in a team. Furthermore, we hope that you are structured and have a detail-oriented mindset.

Requirements
Secondary education and relevant professional experience
Excellent knowledge of MS Desktop O/S, Windows and Microsoft Office
Good knowledge of hardware environment (PC, printer, peripherals)
Good understanding of software licenses and Information Technologies
Good trouble shootings skills and experience in a first-line support function
Willingness to work flexible hours between the core hours and out of office hours in exceptional cases
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Contract type and hours
Fulltime. Start ASAP, until the end of December with possible extension
