ARBETSUPPGIFTER You will plan, coordinate, and support business processes, systems, and users by applying knowledge of information technology (IT) disciplines. Train users according to technical, release, and security standards. Work independently or as part of a project team. Develop (code), test, document, and support enhancements to business solutions. Understand and apply formal development techniques (e.g. structured programming and standards specified by ITO Service Delivery Manager). Coordinate, implement and install business solutions of moderate complexity. You need the ability to apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems/projects of moderately complex scope. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations. UTBILDNING/ERFARENHET To be successful in this role, you need to have experience as a UNIX and/or Windows system administrator and also experience of ClearCase administration i.e. configuration management or a system administration. Knowledge of the Ericsson customer is a merit as well as knowledge of the ITIL process. Profile: - open minded and easy to communicate with - you shall be a driver for improvement activities - important that you have basic competence in Windows and excellent competence in Unix/Linux - 100% located at Lindholmen - it is important that you have excellent competence in ClearCase operation and administration - you must find ClearCase interesting as an application.
