Would you like to support in developing and delivering sustainable solutions for Nordea stakeholders? We are now looking for an Expert IT Analyst to join a team of developers and specialists in building and integrating  new capabailties for our ITSM tooling suite.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the ITSM Tooling & Integration team within Core Operations. We add value by providing tooling which supports our ITSM processes. As an Expert IT Analyst, you’ll play a valuable role in ensuring that we make the best use of our ITSM toolkit, enable our the ITSM processes, and collaborate closely with with our stakeholders to implement sustainable, lasting solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
* Remedy/Helix Life Cycle management.
* Interacting with other developers, teams and stakeholders to create compliant and lasting solutions.
* Troubleshooting, identifying, and resolving both business and technical issues.
* Collaborating with BMC support with integration and development of custom solutions.
* Focusing on value management - ascertaining business requirements and how they impact our existing solution and strategy.
* Knowledge management of our ITSM suite.
* Identifying and developing innovative solutions to safeguard ou.
* Explaining product capabilities, limitations and implementation to our stakeholders.
* Acting as a trusted advisor for Nordea and providing us recommendations that will enable a strong and reliable Helix platform.

What we offer
Tooling & Integration is a team of 16 people, based out of Denmark, Sweden, and Poland. We work in different value streams – in an agile setup – priortizing key requirements and deliveries based on our product roadmap. Our team consists of Application owners, providers, specialists and developers. We are working in a hybrid setup, with flexible working conditions. English is the main working language and a focus on self-development and wellbeing is key. You’ll join an amazing team of passionate and empowered individuals looking to create real value across the organziation. The role is based in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Gdynia, Gdansk or Warsaw.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
* Multiple years of experience with Remedy/Helix developmen/integration.
* Deep understanding of ITSM processes and how to support the processes with relevant solutions.
* Innovative, direct and bold.
* Excellent communication and collabortion skills.

Your experience and background:  
* Relevant education/degree in engineering/development/computer science.
* Knowledge of architecture and configurations in Helix/Remedy ITSM.
* Knowledge of BMC discovery, business workflows and developing in innovation suite will be a huge plus.
* Good understanding of ITSM processes.
* Experience in creating technical documentation for implementations.
* Experience in building automations/workflows/integrations between tools.
* Fluency in English.
