As a ITSM manager you will work in a team devoted to ITSM and together, support the company with efficient processes and governance structures. The Governance & Enterprise Architecture team is a diverse group with 6 members, including ITSM Managers, Service Manager and Information Architect. Now is the time to further strengthen the team to fulfill the vision of efficient, automated and supportive ITSM processes/tools. The ITSM manager role is vital for the successful implementation and operations of ITSM processes/IT-systems and you will work close with many stakeholders in the IT-community on a global scale.
At Alleima there is a clear focus and vision from the top management on the Governance and EA team to operate with a clear mandate and with the proper resources.  

Your role 
In this role you will be one out of three ITSM-managers and work with a broad range of areas within ITSM that includes both development of new processes, governing the implemented ones and securing way of working of the main ITSM-processes. In a holistic manner, strategic and tactical, you ensure that ways of working, information and processes related to ITSM are efficient and stable towards the end users. Your knowledge will provide input for ongoing development of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) to ensure maximum effectiveness with respect to process execution and reporting capabilities.
You will deliver core service management/ITIL processes, including problem, incident, change, configuration, request, service level management and continuous improvement as well as leading the development and adoption of operational best practices for the service processes. As owner and manager of the ITIL processes you will serve and decide on strategy to serve service owners in their development of service offerings and capabilities.

The role also include:
- Support towards end users in the ServiceNow platform, ensuring their knowledge in Service Catalog management and utilizing ServiceNow in the intended way described in Knowledge Base articles and governing documents.  
- Provide guidance and direction to Service Management staff who in turn will assist with day-to-day process support activities (e.g. ServiceDesk, Service Owners, Major Incident Managers, etc.). 
- Define KPI:s and provide data/information to support these KPI:s in order to manage and develop tools, processes and ways of working in an efficient and controlled way.
- Participate in system evaluation and PoC:s for systems related to the ITSM-area, contributing with business process knowledge to ensure system solutions are fit-for-purpose and be a focal point and soundboard in the area of Service Design and Architecture (TBM, Service Modeling) 
Location for this position is initial Sandviken but somewhat flexible to any of our sites in Sweden.

About you 
We believe that you have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or a similar experience through practical work. We believe you have a strong background and thorough understanding of the IT Service Environment to be successful in this position as there is high pace of process development and implementation within the company.  
As an individual you strive to enhance processes and find it challenging and rewarding to find bottlenecks and gaps within the ITSM area. You are analytical and can map out “the big picture” for others, finding and collecting data to enhance the way of working within the company.  
You have excellent communication skills and the knowledge to get everyone onboard in decisions and discussions. You enjoy networking with different parts of our business and IT stakeholders at all levels on a global scale. By utilizing your expertise and experience you know how to steer discussions, finding the balance between short term wins and long-term strategic objectives.  
You can adapt to rapidly changing conditions and find it rewarding to get the best possible solution and you stand your ground when needed. We see you as a strong team player that value the team performance as high as your personal achievements. With responsibility for your assignments, you follow through to achieve high quality results.
You have excellent skills in English, both speaking and writing as well as great communication skills in Swedish.
