ITSM Platform Service Manager
Lynk & Co Business Technology is seeking an experienced ITSM Platform Service Manager to join our Workplace Services team. 

The Business Technology is supporting Lynk & Co business team to support their needs in all digital aspects and areas. You will be part of a great team with ambitions to deliver a hassle-free IT experience and simplify the need of support for all users. You will be the “oil” in the machinery and ensure an efficient end-to-end process for all support tickets, which flows through the various levels within the IT organization

You are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, continuously changing and collaborative environment. 

The position is based in Gothenburg, Lynk & Co HQ at Lindholmen. 

What you'll do

Your main responsibility will be to work closely with the Digital Operations lead to define the support processes based on continuous discussions with business stakeholders. Furthermore, you will do prioritizations based on understanding of business directions and the most urgent needs. You will also assist with project coordination to lead initiatives in the IT support organization.



- Service Manager for Lynk & Co servicedesk and Ivanti platform, including platform roadmap responsibility
- Take the end-to-end responsibility for an efficient flow of all support errands, in all levels - be the “oil in the machinery”
- Primary stake holder for
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Service Level Management
- IT Service Continuity


- Be part of creating an efficient support organization with both internal resources and external partners/suppliers
- Be part of our workplace operations team and actively contribute to the fulfillment of delivering a hassle-free IT experience for all end-users


What you should have

- Experience from similar roles/responsibilities, and a solid background within service delivery and IT support
- An ambition to bring structure and efficiency to the IT support organization
- Structured mind-set and ambition to take full responsibility for the ITSM environment 
- A general understanding, not on a technical level, about modern cloud-based IT services
- Willingness to give end-user support and training, with great patience and spread a lot of fun
