JOB DESCRIPTION
You will help Sudio in keeping our customer satisfaction and your responsibility will be to ensure that our customers have a good overall experience. This job offers you both freedom and responsibility.
In this job you will learn about the latest strategies and softwares for customer service. Our co-operative company structure allows you to start new initiatives and to work closely with our other departments.
This is a Junior position and the placement for this job will be in Sudio's main office in central Stockholm, Sweden.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer online customer inquires by email or Live chat.
Help customer with RMA case, arrange return/exchange.
Coordinate with Japan warehouse for daily order issues.
Translate Help center articles from English to Japanese and maintain the content up-to-date
Work with marketing team closely to improve customer expeirence.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluency in Japanese.
You have good writing skills in English.
You are not afraid to take initiatives and can work on your own.
You are at ease with computers, Power point, Excel and Word.
You are detail oriented and can handle mutiltask at ease.
The company communications will be in English, hence Swedish is not a requirement.
A university degree is a plus but not a requirement..
