Excellent, then we would like you to join our Cluster as a Backend Engineer with experience in Java! 
The User Data & Identity cluster is a part of the Global Online Experience organization which is working to build a close relationship with our customers through direct sales, digital services, and great user experiences. User Data & Identity is a key to all of this by providing secure user identification, reliable user data, and solutions for user privacy and consent. We have only just begun this journey, and you’ll be joining us at a time where you can really have a great impact and help us set the tone for the next chapter in our company's history! 

 What you’ll do:  
• Contribute towards the backend development, testing, maintenance, and integration of applications/systems.
• Working according to the DevOps model.
• Gain knowledge of various development approaches and assist with the design of ground-up projects and enhancements.
• Continuously innovate on architectural and application level.
• Use patterns and leverage modern frameworks to build, maintain, and implement our solutions.
• Play multiple roles (e.g. individual contributor, lead, teacher, mentor).
• Get to know the supported business area(s), have an awareness of related goals and challenges.
• Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Evaluate options and the performance tradeoffs/benefits.
• Focus on accuracy, security, and quality, while continuing to deliver code.

Who you are:  
We are looking for you who professionally solved challenges with application development and implementation over the last three or more years with:
   • Java, Spring, GIT, SQL, REST APIs, Apache Kafka, microservices, and integration.
   • Design and implement REST APIs.
   • Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
   • Kubernetes.
   • Any CSP (Azure/AWS/GCP).
   • Identity and access management.
   • Develops unit- and integrations tests along with new features.

We see that you are experienced with setting up monitoring and alerts of cloud-based applications, you are able to understand the Product development and, you have an Agile mindset.  In addition, you adhere to coding quality standards and, positively impact team success by multi-tasking and adapting to priority changes
As a person, you can guide team communication productively, you have good collaboration on problem-solving, and like to explore new technologies.  You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within the department and the larger organization.  Furthermore, you like to value different ideas and suggestions, you are open to feedback, and last but not least, you’re open to listen, and remaining curious in all that you do.
