JAVA Developer

Tetra Pak is using an in-house developed production and planning system which is a vital component for our production of packaging material in more than 30 locations all over the world.Support and development of this system is today done by some 30 persons located in Lund, Singapore and Denton.This position is based in Lund.

This role will give you the opportunity to work with leading edge IT technology.You will work in an international environment with a global network of contacts.The team you will be part of is experienced and very dedicated their task.

You will work both with development of new releases of the system and also with new and upcoming projects.You will also manage already existing systems.Since we are giving support to internal customers globally you need to be skilled in English, both written and verbal.

Your main tasks will be to:

- Analyze business demands to be implemented in the system using adopted standards of manufacturing systems
- Create and maintain use case documents
- Design changes/new functionality to be implemented in the system using adopted standards of manufacturing systems
- Create and maintain design description documents
- Create and maintain story boards
- Develop and test components, in accordance with the adopted standards of manufacturing systems
- Create and execute unit tests
- Integrate developed and tested components to subsystem integration workspace using version tracking system


Kvalifikationer

You have good communications skills and like to work in a team, sharing ideas and knowledge.You are result oriented and want to work in an environment that encourage own initiatives.An analytical mindset is also important to be successful in this position.

You have a University degree from a relevant area for the position and 3-5 years experience of JAVA programming (Server programming, EJB 2, Design patterns).
