Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Java developer to work with digital technology to reinvent the experience for customers. You’ll be managing and developing business support systems for our offices. Right now, we face many exciting challenges to digitize the business.
What you'll do:
● Be part of an interdisciplinary Integration Team, ICC, which works according to DAX, which is the authority's adaptation of scrum.
● Developing Back-end software for consumer-facing and in-house products in more than 100 countries.
● Implementing functionalities using Computer Aided Design and Engineering and/or Relational Database.
● Testing applications using Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behaviour Driven Development (BDD).
● Developing object systems using Domain driven design (DDD) principles and patterns.
● Connecting third-party applications via REST API integration.
● Carry out Object Oriented Design and Development using Windows and UNIX operating systems.
● Working with Web-services and API's for customer-specific integration and customization for Highly interactive Web and tablet clients.
Who you are:
● Candidate should be Engineering graduate or post-graduate, preferably from Computer Science background.
● Java system developer with high competence in integration development within Java EE 7 and Java 8 or higher versions, specifically JMS, REST and Web services.
● Experience with integration platform such as Apache Camel,
● Possess start-up experience where you have quickly developed prototypes and catalysed product development in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
● Technical Experience with IntelliJ, Maven, Jenkins, Git, SonarQube, Jira, Confluence and Zulip.
● Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills of English language.
