Java Developer to large telecommunication company

About the position
We are looking for a Java Developer to our client - an international company that delivers complete solutions in IT and telecom to companies and private individuals. This will start as a consulting assignment with Perido for 6 months, and it’s highly possible that direct recruitment by client will take place after the end of assignment. This gives both you and the company a good chance to get to know each other and evaluate how you feel about your collaboration. The office is located in Kista, north of Stockholm, but some work may still take place on remote due to Covid.
Your daily tasks
Your role as a Java Developer is all about architecting the cloud transition and contribute towards interesting feature development activities.
The task will mainly consist of:
Designing, developing, testing and optimization of Service Fulfillment systems
In cloud infrastructure: Automation, configuration, and monitoring
In CI/CD: As a part of the team, develop and maintain automatic construction, testing and deploying,

We use “RESTful services” as interface for interaction
Your qualifications
In this role you need to be well-versed in the agile mindset and team oriented. As a person, we are looking for you who believe in continuous improvement and engage in the product you work with. You are autonomous and find ways forward. Further on, we hope that you want to work in a team that takes joint code ownership, lifts each other, and takes great responsibility together. Finally, we hope that you are curious and want to get an understanding of the whole.

Requirements
Post-secondary education
Deep knowledge and +3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
Development, Spring Boot, Java (for legacy application Java EE and Wildfly)
AWS in firsthand, but other Cloud platforms is also interesting knowledge for us
Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices and Containers
Automation of processes and scripting
Excellent communication skills in English & Swedish, both oral and written

Meritorious
GUI experience would be great

Contract type and hours
Full time. Consulting assignment for 6 months, then possible recruitment to the client. Start ASAP.
