What you will do


We are looking for a Javascript Engineer for Retention.
The main areas of the Retention domain is customer satisfaction, establishing a strong and friendly relationship with our customers including both new and existing.
Focusing on the player journey/lifecycle and making it a breeze for both players and personnel working in and around this area. The prioritized focus areas for the team are; Promotions, Player communication and Affiliation.
All features we build are based on relevant data, data that can and should be used in order to better meet customers needs and expectations in the future but also to make our product as flexible and efficient as possible. By doing that it gives us a competitive edge towards the rest of the operators out there.


The team is a mix of 12 developers, QA’s, Architects and Product Managers.
Alongside the team you will be working closely together with our product team and stakeholders in Malta!
Your responsibilities will be to build amazing relationships with our customers, offering them the best customer experience and user journey!
Although the company has grown, and continues to do so, the team works very much as a small company within. Having end-to-end responsibilities, the team gets to agree on what to build and follows it up with user testing, measuring and verifying the value and outcome of it.

Qualifications
Who are we looking for
Experience with Typescript and React
Experience with NodeJs, GraphCL, REST-api’s, unit-testing
Familiar with Git

Nice to have
Experience working with Microservices
Experience working with frameworks such as Vue or Svelte
Docker, event driven systems
Familiarity with known design-patterns

Working Hours
We have a work from home policy during Covid-19 times currently working on 1-2 days from the office and rest work from home.
