JDE OneWorld Support Consultant - Distribution

This role is key to the ongoing support of the JDEdwards One World system for Finland and the Baltic region. You will be the key Distribution systems consultant responsible for maintaining a multi company One World implementation. The main objectives of the position are: Provide high level of knowledge specifically in the Distribution area of JDE system Customer satisfaction with projects and solutions delivered on time and on budget Timely resolution of operational problems Maintain personal and technical skills at a high level to ensure attractiveness to customers Share and develop skills with the rest of Support team in Europe to build a strong JDE environment within Electrolux Key operational responsibilities Be the key Distribution systems expert, with particular focus on the JDE Finland installation Act as primary point of contact with users to resolve incidents Coordinate / Escalate resolution of issues with internal and external resources Maintain quality of data in the Service Desk system Develop requirements specifications and implement system solutions in accordance with company guidelines Make recommendations to the business users on ways to improve company performance through better utilisation of the system Provide weekly report to I.T. and Business Management on status of issues, projects and plans.
