A leading provider of test and measurement solutions for the telecommunications industry, the JDSU technology portfolio is a key enabler for Broadband Service Providers, Mobile Operators, Manufacturers and Private network providers.JDSU innovation is the catalyst for a multitude of innovative solutions and services that touch people?s lives every day.Mobile communications, High speed internet, VoIP, Video streaming, at home, at work, at the movies and the mall, even in the bank or the doctor?s office.JDSU technology is part of the next-generation products that make the unimaginable possible.JDSU is looking for a Sales Associate to the Nordic Organisation!You will act as an internal sales associate for Office Support in the Nordic region.You will have a proactive approach to business and a strong Customer focus.Among your daily responsibilities you will answer incoming calls from customers and distributors, prepare quotations, organise seminars / road shows, deal with incoming and outgoing courier deliveries and coordinate the launch of new product, new software, options etc. You will ensure that Direct Sales and Channel Managers are informed of all account issues and you will liaise with the product division responsible for product design and manufacture. In addition to the responsibilities above you will deal with various administrative and support tasks around the office. Your Profile: We believe you have a proactive approach to business with a result oriented focus.You will have proven experience in an internal sales office management, understand the needs of Account Managers, have excellent administration skills and a proactive approach to providing support and assistance to the team.As the first point of contact for calls, you will have an excellent telephone manner. You will receive a lot of technical questions from customers and distributors therefore it is important for you to have an interest for or knowledge of broadband technologies. You will be comfortable working on your own within a small team.Good knowledge in Microsoft Office as well as fluent English, verbal and written, is required for this position.In addition we need you to have good understanding of Norwegian and Danish since you will work with the whole Nordic region.As a person you are energetic, trustworthy, dedicated with a good sense of humour.Since you will have a lot of internal as well as external contacts we need you to be an outgoing person and a good team worker.About the position: You will start your new position as soon as possible and you will be placed in JDSUs office in Farsta, Stockholm.In this position and will report to UK and Nordic Country Sales Manager.
