Jeppesen has started an exciting transformation into agile methodologies. We are now looking for a manager who will add a new dimension to our team with her/his experience and drive. This is a great chance for the right person to play an important part in Jeppesen?s journey.

The implementation team which you will be working with is responsible for the customization and delivery of our world-leading crew management products to our airline customers. The team consists of 65 employees and 25 external consultants at our office in the central part of Göteborg.



Job description:

You will be leading a team of project managers.

You are expected to create and model a confident and winning atmosphere, support the organization in maintaining its direction and balance big-picture concerns with day-to-day issues.

You will be expected to establish effective relationships based on trust and respect, and ensure that the customer perspective is the driving force behind all activities.

You will be an important player in our team and in the transformation into an agile organization

You will report to Head of Implementation EMEA.


Requirements:

You should have passion for delivering value to customers. You should bring at least 7 years of experience as a manager in software development organizations. You have knowledge and hands-on experience of Agile and LEAN methodologies. We believe you have the ability to engage, coach and inspire people around you.
