Jira and Confluence Administrator

You will be working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company, leading the way in the hypercar business. You’ll work alongside accomplished, world-renowned engineers on perhaps the most exciting automotive programs in existence today.

In this position, you are responsible for the administration and configuration of a Jira and Confluence Cloud instance supporting 400+ users and constantly expanding. You will also take an active role in the Agile business process development and act a Subject Matter Expert guiding the teams in implementing those processes using Jira according to their specific requirements. You will work in close collaboration with the engineers that have taken on Jira configuration and administration tasks, ensure that their vision is carried through and that there is a consistent approach across the company.

Responsibilities:

To analyze and review current Jira and Confluence configuration and propose potential areas of improvement according to best practices.

To perform day-to-day Jira administration and housekeeping tasks (e.g. configure advanced workflows, custom fields, field configuration schemes, screen schemes, permission schemes, notification schemes, etc.)

To create Jira Automations adding the functionalities not catered for by the base system functionality

To create Dashboards and Reports which helping team leads manage workloads and keep track of program deliverables

- To create Project Planning templates to be used by each team to report to Program Management
- To manage Confluence Spaces, create templates and standardise its use across the company
- To create and maintain Jira and Confluence training material and hold regular training sessions for both existing and new employees
- To constantly evaluate and recommend new Jira and Confluence apps/plug-ins to improve and better support the execution of daily work
- To help define the Agile processes used by each team across various disciplines (e.g. Software, Electronic, Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Aftermarket, etc.) and then design and apply the Jira configurations required to implement and support them
- To drive the adoption of good Agile/Lean practices by coaching team leads on how to integrate various ceremonies like Daily Scrum, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, etc. into their daily work
- Suggest and take part in specifying integrations with other in-house systems (e.g. ERP, PLM, etc.).

Need to have

To be successful as a Jira and Confluence Administrator at Koenigsegg, you shall have the right mix of technical and people skills and experiences, namely:

- 5+ years Jira Administration experience in varied industries (i.e. not only in the Software industry), min 3+ years of it in a Jira Cloud environment.
- 3+ years Confluence Administration experience
- Experience using Project Planning apps/plugins like ALM Works Structure Cloud and Structure.Gantt or Jira Advanced Roadmaps
- Accustomed to operate using Agile, Lean and SAFe principles; able to flexibly apply those and pick & choose the tools to best support each team
- Experience in a customer-facing environment directly supporting end-users and training them
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to write clear and organised training and support documentation
- Capacity to work independently with limited supervision, to take initiatives and actively suggest improvements
- Fluent in English

It is meritorious if you have

- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of Engineering and Production Processes
- Experience with Change Management, Release & Deployment processes
- Knowledge of Jira API and Enterprise Integration Patterns
- Experience using external reporting/BI packages like PowerBI
- Good knowledge of general IT infrastructure, network, and Operating systems
