About the job

We are currently hiring a Jira System Specialist to enable the digitalization of processes and ways of working when implementing and developing the Jira suite as well as other tools. This position will focus on enablement of data-driven decisions and steering of projects and business and be our single point of contact for system and data quality.

As Jira System Specialist you will work closely with PMO, R&D and other connecting departments in improving working methods and the structure for development projects, both hardware and software.

The position is based in Kista, Sweden.

Responsibilities:

- System owner for the Jira tooling suite at Polarium globally

- Create project plan and budget for IT projects to meet goals and objectives set up by the Jira steering group

- Implementation of Jira with the plug-ins BigPicture, Tempo, RFJ, TFJ, Service Management for Jira. Drive the system implementation, possibly with a partnering consultant company

- Develop and assist in the implementation of best practices and methods for the teams

- Manage the system to make sure the data is correct and used, or flag to respective manager to correct the tooling usage

- Report development of the tool to enable stakeholders to take decisions based on the data

- Manage change request associated with product development

- Provide training of users in the Atlassian tools

Qualification and experience:

- 3 years of Jira management experience in a fast-paced environment

- Experience being a project manager

- Understanding of both Agile and Waterfall based project methodologies

- Experience in collaborating cross-functionally with different business stakeholders and team members

- Prior experience with Atlassian suite Jira and plug-ins

- Knowledge and application of Project Management tools, such as Risk Management
