- The advisor should preferably have knowledge of Oracle HR systems and Mercer job descriptions, and Hay job grading.

Job Description
Our client is seeking an advisor in the field of job architecture to advise them on how to best organize their ongoing and interrelated projects in HR/BIO teams to be most efficient and effective in their delivery. They aim to have a strategy and roadmap of how to best connect their job descriptions, with job grades, suitability, positions, access rights, with other important aspects of people employment and data, such as assignments, skills requirements etc.

They have delivery teams but seek an advisor and leader to connect how to organize and sequence their activities in the most effective way.

Your main tasks as Job Architecture Advisor:
Analyze the dimensions of Job grading, budgeting, HR analytics, SWP, Job Description Framework, skills and competencies matrix, leadership pipeline and capability owners and propose the approach that provides a sustainable standpoint on how to build flexible capability and people resources management cross-organizational (over-arching all CoE, BA/GF) and manageable in one Oracle HCM.

Admission and Application
This is a part time position, 50%. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run for 3-6 months, with possibility of extension.
