Job Opportunity: Customer Lifecycle Manager
Are you passionate about cloud technologies and driving customer success? We are looking for a dynamic Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our team and play a key role in engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering outstanding solutions. This is a customer-facing position where you will be responsible for managing the customer journey, from lead generation to partner hand-off, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, creating a strong first impression and laying the groundwork for long-term relationships.
Lead the sales strategy and process from lead generation to purchase, negotiating deals and overcoming objections.
Work with small and medium businesses across various industries to identify their needs and align them with cutting-edge cloud technologies.
Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer success.
Present and demonstrate the value of cloud solutions, helping customers visualize their future with these technologies.
Convert prospects and leads into revenue opportunities, using criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline to assess viability.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, including creating opportunities, driving pipeline growth, and managing high activity levels (~60-90 daily actions).
Utilize a variety of communication tools (social, digital, video, phone) to effectively reach and engage customers.
Collect and share customer feedback to help improve business offerings and customer experiences.

Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma required; BA/4-year degree preferred.
2-3+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in the IT industry, with a successful track record.
At least 1 year of experience in sales account management or customer management.
Familiarity with sales tools and techniques; experience in retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs is a plus.
Experience working with cloud solutions such as Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar technologies is preferred.
Microsoft Fundamentals certification (Azure, Modern Workplace, BizApps) is a bonus.
Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve goals independently and continuously improve.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in phone-based outreach, email, and video presentations.
Basic knowledge of the IT industry and a passion for learning about cloud technologies.
Goal-driven with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.
Solid time management skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce).
Fluent in English, with additional language skills in the supported market being a plus.

Location and Language Requirements:
This position can be performed remotely or from one of our offices located in Sweden. The successful candidate must be fluent in both Swedish and Finnish to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders. The start date for this role will be mutually agreed upon.
