Arbetsbeskrivning
As a Field Sales Executive, you will receive a monthly project consisting of 150-250 addresses slated for fiber expansion. Your responsibility is to contact and inform 90% of the allocated property owners during the first two weeks. Your goal is to sign up as many property owners as possible during the working month. The project may remain open for up to 8 weeks if a joint decision is made.
Your primary method of contact will be door-to-door sales. Your objective is to achieve a sufficient level of connectivity to enable project construction. The budget and minimum requirement is a 30% connectivity rate in the assigned building phase.
Goals and Expectations: The target in each area is to achieve the highest commission tier of 50% connected properties, where each signed contract is worth £120. To make this possible, you are expected to:
- Set clear goals in accordance with management instructions.
- Strive for ownership and accountability for your results.
- Continuously develop your sales and fiber optic knowledge.
- Read/listen to sales materials, participate, and engage in group development.
- Have a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Be decisive, proactive, driven, and goal-oriented.
Working Conditions and Hours: Working hours are from 12/1 PM to 8/9 PM, five days a week. Days off: Saturdays/Tuesday or Monday/Tuesday Work Environment: The workplace will vary between different cities in the UK. You will mainly work outdoors in your assigned area. The sales team will collectively share 1-2 cars. Housing is provided by the employer for the first three months and is shared accommodation.
