What you will do:
Communicate with customers by phone, chat and e-mail
Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
Maintain high customer satisfaction
Provide and maintain professional relationships with Canon partners
Work and achieve individual and group targets

You
Are fluent in Swedish/Norwegian/Danish or Finnish at a native level.
Very good knowledge of English – both in written and spoken language.
Exceptional communication as well as a problem-solving mentality
Computer knowledge
Resourcefulness – the ability to multitask
A positive and adventurous attitude
A deep interest in technology is a prerequisite
Work experience with a focus on tech support/troubleshooting is welcome
Highly-developed soft skills, as well as a problem-solving mentality
Learning agility – you are capable of identifying the most important info in one situation, and efficiently applying it to another
