What you will do:
Call center experience recommended (1 year)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to problem solve in real-time
Ability to understand and capture relevant / important data during customer interactions
Provide excellent customer support through active listening.
Building excellent rapport, identifying needs, and acting in a timely manner.
Ability to build effective relationships with customers, providers and clients
Electrolux Agents are responsible for servicing all queries relating to Electrolux associated products and services via telephone and/or chat

You
Are fluent in Swedish/Norwegian/Danish or Finnish at a native level.
Very good knowledge of English – both in written and spoken language.
Computer knowledge
Resourcefulness – the ability to multitask
Use software to source and input customer data accurately as related to the inquiry.
Ability to multitask multiple systems, screens, and tasks during customer contacts.
Ability to quickly learn and navigate various customer management platforms
