Customer Care at Festina Sweden


Our team is growing and we’re looking for someone to join our customer support team. Our headquarter is in Barcelona and as this someone will be working with many Spanish speaking customers, you must be fluent in Spanish.


We are looking for someone who’s going to like to work in a small team and enjoys a place where you’re part of a big team rather than just your own. You’ll be working with our connected watches giving people around the world the support needed to give them a great experience.

Festina Sweden is the team behind Kronaby, an international premium watch brand, that has quickly become the market leader for connected hybrid watches. We specialize in purposefully designed smart and connected products, where the latest technology is used to make your life easier, a little less distracted. We are part of the global Festina Group and work with watch brands such as Kronaby, Jaguar, Festina and Lotus.


What we are looking for


A team player, with good communication and people skills
Fluent in Spanish and in Swedish or English
Knows French (is a plus, but not a requirement and if you’re a language genius, hurray)
You are technically interested and has a passion for helping customers with their problems
Cares about the customer journey and has a strong drive to give the customers a good experience
A huge plus is if you’ve had some previous experience in Customer Support



What you’ll do


You’ll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to us
You’ll work close to the product development team to feedback customers input
You’ll make sure that all relevant information is available to our customers in a user-friendly way
You’ll define processes and tools to secure that we are able to provide the best possible customer experience
You will be part of defining the future for connected devices within Festina Group
