Join Our Team as a Psychological Support Specialist in Stockholm!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Build a System of Psychological Support: Develop a comprehensive support system for both employees and clients.
Consulting Support: Provide guidance on personal and professional development for employees.
Stress Reduction and Energy Enhancement: Offer strategies to reduce stress and increase energy levels, minimize conflicts, boost productivity, and prevent professional burnout.
Creativity and Teamwork: Foster a culture of creativity and effective teamwork within the office.
Client-Employee Coaching: Develop a coaching system to enhance client-employee interactions, prevent conflicts, and address language barriers.
Child Interaction Assistance: Facilitate effective interactions between children and their chaperones within the family.
Diagnostic Teaching: Train employees accompanying families to identify signs of development or pathology in children and parents, necessitating psychiatric intervention and medical involvement.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Higher education in psychology or advanced training in the field. Additional qualifications in group therapy, negotiation technologies, conflictology, psychodiagnostics, psychological counseling, and EMDMR therapy are desirable.
Medical Background: Higher medical education with relevant certificates.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in PC applications (Word, Excel, CRM).
Experience: At least 2 years as a practicing psychologist-consultant, with a minimum of 1.5 years in a similar role.
Attributes: Stress tolerance, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to changing external circumstances (e.g., pandemics, military operations, terrorist acts).
Languages: Proficiency in Russian is mandatory, with English at C2 level.
