We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Deskside Support Technician to join their team.

The Deskside Support Technician manages and supports IT assets and users from the Stockholm office and remotely across the Hoist Group. You will provide technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that the company's technology systems run smoothly. You will collaborate with a talented team of IT professionals across their Pan-European department. Hoist Finance Deskside Support Technician vacancy is based in their Stockholm office and reports to the IT Service Delivery Manager in Manchester.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER

Work tasks


* Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues and inquiries
* Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
* Onboard and offboard employees
* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and software updates
* Collaborate with colleagues and vendors to resolve complex technical issues and escalate problems as needed
* Document all support activities, solutions, and procedures in a clear and concise manner
* Assist in the implementation of IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance
* Proactively monitoring all technical devices in the office to ensure any issues are reported, and when required provide hands-on support to troubleshoot and resolve issues; meeting room screens, booking screens, printers, network devices etc.


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- English proficiency (speaking, reading and writing)
- At least one year's experience in an IT role with demonstratable experience in end-user support
- Up-to-date knowledge of computer programs and hardware
- Experience using a ITSM tool such as ServiceNow (desirable)

It is meritorious if you are
- Fluent in Swedish, in both writing and speaking since the language is used in daily work
