We are looking for a skilled UX designer to extend our UX capabilities at the marketing and communication IT team. Preferably you have a relevant education within UX and/or design and have worked some years with UX/UI development. Ideally, you are also looking to develop your own skills of creative marketing and data driven development.

Our teams

Our three teams are working with Scania's external web experience with a focus on content management, digital asset management and customer data analytics. Our next target is to set and execute marketing automation. Our team is currently looking for a UX designer preferably, but not necessarily, with experience from Adobe Experience Manager and other Adobe marketing platforms.

Your role

In this position, you work closely with stakeholders from business and colleagues in the team like front end developers, software architects and data tech staff to define UX and design of the applications. You are a creative and technically knowledgeable mind that is eager to set the vision of UI/UX with the best possible performance. You are familiar with front end technologies like responsive design for web applications and you are upskilling your teammates with your specific knowledge of UX and design and seek out to help when needed. Our team spirit is strong and you always work closely with your colleagues to collaborate on solving various tasks. We help and learn together.

Some of the tasks you will be experiencing are:


• Collect insights about our users and customers with the help of user research and data analytics
• Help planning and facilitating workshops and design sprints
• Create, visualize and communicate the user experience by making prototypes and wireframes
• Strive to create the best possible solution for our users by continuingly conduct user test, analyse data and collect feedback

You are participating in all aspects of the work, supporting our colleagues in building web presence for the future. You will work with systems that are critical for our business and have frequent communication with POs and teams.

Your skills

We coach our teams to become autonomous and agile, therefore expect you to be familiar with agile methods and thrive to work in an agile environment. To be a good fit, you should also be curious to learn new methods and technologies and love to share your knowledge & ideas with others.
