Background
We are seeking a Digital & Aftermarket Buyer to join our client’s innovative indirect procurement team.

This role offers you a chance to be at the forefront of the electric vehicle revolution, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the digital landscape and supporting the evolving needs of European Sales Operations.

Work tasks
About the Role

As a Digital & Aftermarket Buyer, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing sourcing strategies for Marketing & Sales categories. This includes ensuring both short- and long-term procurement success by identifying new technologies and fostering relationships with suppliers. You will work closely with stakeholders to address the digital and aftermarket needs across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing efforts for services ranging from Digital to HR, with a focus on European Sales Operations.
- Conduct procurement based on defined strategies, frameworks, and business needs.
- Negotiate and create commercial and legal agreements, including Service Agreements.
- Evaluate purchase requisitions, select suppliers, and advise stakeholders on procurement matters throughout the process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to track supplier and contract compliance, ensuring high standards for quality and cost.
- Conduct market analysis to support procurement activities.
- Manage supplier relationships, conduct audits, and provide performance evaluations.
- Prepare supplier lists, Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and business cases for presentation to management.
- Onboard suppliers after successful selection and ensure alignment with internal processes.

Qualifications & Skills Required
- Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Purchasing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in indirect purchasing, preferably within Digital and/or Aftermarket categories.
- Core Skills: - Strong negotiation skills with experience in creating Service Agreements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Service-minded approach with the capacity to understand and meet stakeholder needs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and data streams efficiently, maintaining structure and timeliness.


- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with procurement systems (e.g., SRM, Fieldglass, Workday) is a significant advantage.
- Languages: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required. Proficiency in Swedish or other European languages is a plus.
