Our German team consists of 11 great employees who work towards the German and Austrian markets. The team members all have different backgrounds but with the common factor that everyone has previous experience of working with customer service. They are goal oriented, proactive and have a solution-focused approach. We are now searching for candidates that are fluent in German, both in speaking and writing, with similar experiences and qualities.
Even though we have Jollyroomare (our word for employees) from all around the world, Jollyroom is a Swedish corporation, and the company language is Swedish. Therefore, you must be willing to work in a Swedish speaking environment. Of course, we talk English when needed but most of the internal communication is in Swedish. We try to combine German speaking trainers and new German speaking Jollyroomare so the one-week training period can be in German.
As a customer service agent, you have the following working tasks:
Interact with and assists customers over phone, email, chat and social media.
Handel complaints.
Participate in activities to develop the service department
Contribute to a great working atmosphere

Practical information
Initially from 25th of October to December, with a good possibility of continuation
Full time (40h per week) or part time ( A flexible position with no fixed hours, but around 8-32h per week)
Working hours: Monday-Friday and 1-2 Sundays per month
Location: Gothenburg, Sörredsvägen 111 or remotely (within Swedish borders). The introduction takes place at our office in Gothenburg for a week, where we cover your hotel cost.
