Jollyroom are searching for a Finnish speaking 2nd Line Agent

2nd Line Agent
We are looking for you who are keen on service and quickly identifies solutions and development opportunities, leading to us always providing the best service to our customers. Your goal is in line with our business purpose: to simplify the life with kids. As a 2nd line agent, you support 1st line agents and act as support for them in customer matters, business systems and company routines.
This position is suitable if you have previous working experience in customer service and are ready for the next step in your career, taking on extra responsibility.
Working conditions:
Daily support to 1st line agents
Conduct in-house educations and introductions
Update and translate documents and manuals
Run and participate in projects to develop the customer service department
Develop and improve collaborations with other departments

Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience working with customer service
Fluent in Finnish, understand Swedish (Since Swedish is the company language)
Comfortable in decision-making, works independently and goal-oriented with the company’s best interests in mind
Great computer skills, well experienced in Excel

Meritorious:
Excellent communications skills with speaking and writing Swedish
Experience working with SAP and Freshdesk
