At Epidemic Sound we are reinventing the music industry. Our carefully curated catalog, with over 35,000 tracks, is tailored for storytellers, streaming services, and in-store soundtracks. Countless clients around the world, from broadcasters, production companies, DSPs, and YouTubers rely on our tracks to help them tell their stories. Epidemic Sound’s music is heard in hundreds of millions of online videos daily, across millions of playlist streams, and in thousands of in-store locations. Headquartered in Stockholm, we’re spread across offices in New York City, Los Angeles, Seoul, Hamburg, and Amsterdam. We’re growing fast, have lots of fun, and are taking the music industry with us.

We are looking for a Jr. Artist Marketing Manager to take our artists and music to the next level and help further strengthen our relationship with storytellers around the world. This role will be central to our mission of soundtracking the world by making sure our artists have the best possible support for their brands and releases.

How you will make an impact

The Jr. Artist Marketing Manager-role consists of coordinating and executing on artist and release-related initiatives by creating a great experience for our artists and at the same time ensuring the storytellers and consumer sees the very best side of our music creators. The role is part of our Artist services-team with a strong focus around content and creating visibility for our artists. The role is a temporary position.

Your responsibilities will be:

- Coordinate content and planning for artist-related initiatives
- Support the Artist Marketing team with their day-to-day work.
- Work closely with our in-house Design department to produce artist content
- Utilize a network of video-creators from which you will commission and source artist assets from.
- Handle internal communication keeping relevant stakeholders up to date.
- Help organize and structure special projects.


Who you are

You have working experience within the area of coordinating projects. You are very familiar with influencer marketing, social media, and have worked directly with content creators before. You’re a team player who is comfortable managing your own time in an effort to reach your goals. You are solutions-oriented, positive, proactive and ambitious and you never leave anything unfinished. You possess excellent knowledge of Youtube, and enjoy juggling several projects at once. You love negotiating and have an empathic approach. Your mentality is that “nothing is impossible”. You will be central to our artist and release-strategy. Excellent communication skills in English are required.
