Volvo Action Service (VAS) is the contact- and co-ordination centre of Volvo Parts Ghent, situated in Oostakker-Belgium.The department consists of several language teams which provide full-fledged assistance for truck drivers who have broke down.Drivers are offered support in their mother tongue concerning a variety of problems: repair, spare parts and even accommodation.Your main activity will be to assist dealers in your language area with parts queries, service, electronic and diagnostics.The issues encountered will ask an analytic and problem solving mind.You'll be in contact with designers and product engineers.You will handle the information from the market in such a manner that repeated questions from customers can be avoided.The person: You have a natural feeling for continuous learning and personal involvement, have the ability to write and understand technical documents and have good collaboration, communication and facilitation skills.You are willing to work in a shift system.Education/Experience . You have a technical background or equal by experience . You have efficient knowledge of basic computer applications .
