Jr. Data Administrator to leading telecom company

MultiMind is searching for an Data Administrator to handle entire order data administration for our client who is the leading Telecom Company. We are looking for candidates who can start ASAP and intitial contract will be written 6 months.

About the company

Our customer is a leading multinational telecommunications company in Solna. They are mobile network operators present in the Nordic region and also operate an international IP backbone network, which is ranked number one. Under the parent company, Division X helps to promote innovation within the company and find ways to develop within New Generation Telco.

About the role:

As an Data Administrator, you will be responsible for administrative and business support-related tasks.

• Managing the entire order administration data; transferring  orders, putting them and new clients in the system.
• Performing changes in the systems, transferring information and general clean up in the systems.

You will have close cooperation with the sales and delivery team based in Stockholm and Umeå.

Your profile:

• Experience from: Administration role where you are comfotable handling data.
• Good communication skills in English. Swedish will be nice to have.
• Microsoft Office specially Excel.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Portal
