Job description
We are currently looking for a new team member for our client ECDC in Stockholm. You will work as a Junior Expert in Learning/Instructional design in a public health context. The interim should be available as soon as possible and the assignment will initially be until the end of the year, with a possibility of extension.

Responsibilities
The interim will work in the Public Health Training Section in the area of Learning methods and Instructional design.
Key tasks include:
• Support the Training Programmes (Continuous Professional Development and Fellowship EPIET & EUPHEM) in the design and development of curricula and training materials as well as
• Support to ongoing projects and operations in the Section (e.g. update of competency frameworks, communities of practice, and work related to the scientific and curricular aspects of the Fellowship programme, etc.).
The work involves both face-to-face and e-learning activities, using authoring tools and the ECDC Virtual Academy as a platform tailored for adult learning, and contribution to network activities.
Working hours
The assignment will start as soon as possible and be initially until the end of the year, with a possibility of further extension.
Qualifications
In addition to the profile specification, these specific competences and experience are required for the current assignment:
• Knowledge and experience in adult learning methodology
• Experience in curricular design
• Ability to create high quality training materials, including e-learning and face to face formats
• Experience in training in health or public health settings
• Excellent command of English; spoken and written
